This opportunity is sitable  for Marketing Development Officers (MDOs) or field staff currently working with seed or pesticide companies who:1. Have a strong local distributor & retailer network across the given location or territory.
2. Possess solid crop and product knowledge like agronomy, entomology, pathology and soil science knowledge.
3. Want to transition from marketing execution to core sales responsibility
4. Are ready to own a territory, targets, and channel growth and sales achivement in territory.

6 Identification of potential dealers, Retailer, and farmer to launched product .

7 Visiting dealers, Retailers and distributors to build strong relationships with them and build up a business connexion with them

8 Regular visit to trial plots To show the demonstration to the farmers retailers Specific product to boost the sale.

9 Reporting to senior sales manager that is area sales manager for achieving regional Sales target

10 Maintaining Daily activity sheets And taking feedback From dealers distributors farmers and retailers And convey it to the senior authority to make Further changes in product or services.
