Position :- Regional Sales Manager
Location:- Vidarbh,Khandesh, Marathwada West-Maharashtra.
Qualifications :- B.Sc.(Agri) or MBA

1. Minimum 10-15* Years Experience in Fertilizer, Bio-pesticide, Liquid Water Soluble, PGR, Seeds,company in the same area.
Achievement of annual sales target of the company allocated to Vidarbha Khandesh marathvada and West Maharashtra.

2. Planning and execution of product launch, product penetration market research.

3.Analysing Product life cycle and product launching and achievement product sales.

4.Data collection and interpretation at according to the product and analysing the product performance.

5Collaborating with field team and production team to manage the supply chain of particular product and to meet the demand and supply to the market.

6.Completion of roles and responsibility on task within timeline that is achievement of sales and coordinating with other team are most important skill.

7. Should be able to manage the team of 3 to 4 area sales manager collaborate with name and taking reporting of area sales manager.

8.Candidate must be poses MSc agri or MBA in agriculture with 10 to 15 years of experience in same area.

9.Candidate should be proficient in Word PowerPoint.
