1. Product Manager — Crop Protection & Crop Nutrition (1 role / or separate roles for Protection and Nutrition)
2. Assistant General Manager.
Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai
Roles and responsibilities (Product Manager)
• Take Ownership product life-cycle for assigned crop protection and/or crop nutrition products.
• Develop and implement product strategies, pricing, positioning,launching, Market Introduction to boost sales.
• Collaborates with Research and Development Team regarding result and quality of product, supply chain and sales to ensure timely product availability to the market and any other compliance.
• Responsible for Market research, Pioneer analysis, Competitor analysis and Product positioning of competitor
• Support promotional material, training and field trial of specific product to get result oriented practice of product positining
Key responsibilities (Agril General Marketing)
• overseeing the portfolio’s marketing strategy and execution through channels like R&D, production, and supply chain.
• Promote trade/field marketing, channel strategy, demand creation, and brand building.
• To achieve growth goals, oversee agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor marketing team and coordinate with sales for commercial alignment.
Qualifications & experience
• A degree in agriculture, a B.Sc., an M.Sc., an MBA in marketing, or a comparable degree.
• Product Manager: ten to fifteen years of relevant experience in the crop nutrition or agrochemical industries.
• AGM Marketing: 10–15+ years of experience in agribusiness with proven P&L and team leadership.
• strong knowledge of agronomy, crop protection chemistry, and the regulatory environment (for PM role).
• outstanding analytical, stakeholder-management, and communication abilities.
